Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy/warranty on full priced items only. We do not offer refunds.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging, and have not been opened or worn by your cub.

Proof of purchase or order number is required for the return process. Returns will only be considered if your pet accessories are purchased from us directly. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are also not covered, this will be payable by you for the exchange process.
